**Responsibilities and Skills**:
Configure Linux servers as per requirements

**Have experience with other distributions such as RHEL,SUSE,Ubuntu,CentOS,Others**

Update patches on the servers and upgrade servers to latest versions

Strong knowledge on configures failover IP configuration

Working with vendor during Priority 1 issues

**Satellite server**

Creating content view and publish content view

**Managing hosts and host groups**

Upgrade satellite version as per requirement

Managing activation key

**Troubleshooting connectivity issues between clients to satellite server**

**Strong knowledge and must have hands on experience on AIX,VIO and HMC**

**VIO upgrades/adapter firmware upgrades/VIO failover/maintenance procedures**

**HMC updates/frame upgrades/Live partition mobility/DLPAR/troubleshooting HMC issues**

**Install and configureAIX operating systems and servers**

**Maintain and upgrade the AIX OS**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
