Your Rehabilitation Assistant responsibilities:

- Assisting skilled clinicians in administering client treatments, individually and in group settings.
- Supervising/instructing client programs, including conditioning exercises and group classes, under the direction of a licensed clinician.
- Monitoring client progress and reporting issues to clinicians and team members.
- Charting, entering data and performing other related clerical duties.
- Cleaning and maintaining the client treatment area (equipment and supplies).

Your experience and skills:

- A diploma from a recognized two-year Therapy Assistant Program.
- Previous experience as a Therapy Assistant in an interdisciplinary treatment setting is preferred, particularly if experience is with WCB clientele.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary: Pay Grade 6 - $53,199 to $59,125 per annum
