**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to closure, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones and KPIs.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, status meetings, and presentations.

Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or certification in business administration, project management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
