**Job Description**:
Invoke is looking for Lead VFX Artist to manage our team of VFX Artists working on our new DnD project. As the Lead VFX Artist, you will play a central role in guiding a team of VFX Artists dedicated to crafting exceptional real-time effects for our upcoming AAA action-adventure title.

What you'll do
- Work closely with the designers, artists and engineers to define, clarify, and visualize asset requirements for everything from individual features to entire game VFX style guides
- Collaborate with technical artists and art leads to define game asset priorities
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines for the VFX team and make sure that the production process aligns with the overall game development roadmap
- Work with other departments to ensuire clear communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of assets
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and work proactively to mitigate them, ensuring that the art team remains on track
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and team satisfaction.

What you'll bring
- Experience in a mangement position ideally in the video game industry
- Outstanding problem-solving skills in devising imaginative and efficient visual solutions for design challenges
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira
- Strong understanding of the video game development lifecycle, especially in relation to art asset creation and integration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to lead a creative team and coordinate across departments
- Knowledge of art pipelines in AAA
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
