Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure the timely delivery of meals during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adjust cooking techniques based on specific requests and dietary requirements.
- Monitor and manage kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow portion control standards and minimize food waste.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
