**ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER,**
Is in charge of F&B operation and oversees the day-to-day service of all F&B departments (Member Lounge/ Banquet / The Galley).
**Requirements**:
- **Flexible Schedule**: The nature of the hospitality industry often requires flexible working hours. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you might be expected to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to oversee operations during peak times.
- **Working Experience**: Minimum of 5 years restaurant management experience and 3-5 years leading a team of mid-level leadership.
- **On-Call Availability**: In some cases, you might need to be available on-call to handle any emergencies or urgent situations that may arise, even during off-duty hours.
- **Attendance at Meetings and Events**: Attendance at managerial meetings, staff briefings, and special events related to the food and beverage department and Annual club events is required. This might involve being present during and beyond regular working hours.
- **Coverage for Absences or Emergencies**: Being available to cover shifts or duties in case of unexpected staffing shortages or emergencies within the department and the club.
- **Adherence to Scheduled Shifts**: Consistently adhering to scheduled shifts and demonstrating reliability in fulfilling assigned work hours.
- **Planning for Time Off**: Communicating in advance and coordinating time-off requests with superiors or the management team to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations in your absence. May to September is our busy season and we ask that time off requests do not go beyond 7 days throughout this period, unless otherwise organized with your superior.
**Expectations**:
- Reports directly to the F&B manager
- Support the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and executing F&B goals.
- Follow and implement the KYC dress code and be an example(managers, business casual)
- Provide strong leadership to the FOH team, fostering a positive work environment and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Menu development and strategies.
- Planning and organizing a minimum of 14 club events annually, ensuring flawless execution and member satisfaction, Delegating Tasks to Floor Managers and Banquet Captain
- Quarterly staff meetings, incorporating educational workshops for product knowledge and standard of service.

- Liaise between FOH and BOH management team to create a respectful workplace.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and other service personnel, facilitate ongoing training programs for F&B staff to enhance skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
- Monitor sales, analyze financial reports, and contribute to identifying areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Responsible for efficient staff schedules in line with labor costs(hands-on or delegated), and conduct performance evaluations with the help of the FOH manager, approving time off requests
- Implement strategies to increase profitability, such as promotions, upselling techniques, or cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards in food handling and service areas.
- Implement and enforce all policies, including responsible alcohol service and safety protocols.
- Facilitate ongoing training programs for F&B staff to enhance skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Attending BEO, F&B, Health & Safety and environmental meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
