The_ **Junior Marketing & Communication Co-Ordinator**_ is responsible for creating and executing all World Meats marketing and communication projects. This includes a strategic plan based on traditional annual campaign (a.k.a. holidays) and additional, incremental events and cross/up sale promotions. Communication includes both internal needs with employees and external communication to customers that consistently aligns with the World Meats voice; echoing its values and vision. The individual who holds this role needs to bring a hybrid of skills, allowing the person to plan strategically and creatively, with equal ability to execute plan tactically.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Creating marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Executes daily deliverables, activities and deadlines for campaigns and individual marketing projects.
- Overseeing and coordination of marketing projects to ensure on-time delivery and accurate execution.
- Assists with the conceptualization, proofreading, editing and production of internal and external marketing materials, print ads, presentation materials, etc.
- Reviews marketing materials to ensure a consistent voice, brand aesthetics and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzes and reports outcomes of marketing initiatives, sales, etc.
- Communicates the current promotions to employees including sell sheets, promotions and key tag lines.
- Consistently review and consider the customer shopping process. This includes making calls to new or existing customers to ask follow-up questions to gain knowledge, feedback as well as offering them additional promotions.
**Administrative**
- Ability to create and execute multiple campaigns in tandem with various deliverables.
- Analyzing of all campaign results, sharing learnings and insights for future programs with all key players.
- Calling new and existing customers to ask questions, get feedback and offer additional promotions.
- Provide back-up to other CSR’s and office staff when additional telephone support is required.
**Skills and Requirements**
- Marketing diploma or degree
- Internship or previous marketing role experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A bonus if HTML skill is held.
- Proficient in Mailchimp
- Must be proactive and resourceful.
- Able to engage customers through open dialogue and fact finding.
- Overall business approach includes customer-service, resourcefulness, teamwork, ownership, and flexibility.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to possess a high level of multitasking ability and flexibility in prioritizing to ensure completion of work as needs change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and prepare reporting.
- Must have a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
**Tech Details**
Social Media
- Develops content, manages monthly calendar and populates World Meats’ social media channels with relevant and timely information. Centered around holidays, national event days, weekly and monthly specials. Determines and executes unique tactics to engage members and potential members through strategic social media efforts.
- Posts on Facebook and Instagram daily
- Creating paid ads, campaigns or boost on Facebook and Instagram.
- Tracks and prepares reporting on monthly social media results.
- Responds to messages and comments on World Meats’ social media in a timely manner.
- Responds to reviews on Google.
- Coordinates website content with Web Developer to ensure information is posted on time and removed when no longer relevant.
- Updates pricing, descriptions, and photos on backend of app.
- Send out app notifications for marketing promos.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
