Position: Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors in providing supplemental patient care, focusing on promoting wellness and relieving musculoskeletal pain.
- Utilize hands on therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and tens to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Prepare treatment rooms, supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization for efficient patient care.
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with the chiropractors to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Educate patients on treatments and self-care techniques to enhance their recovery and overall well-being.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of the muscularskeletal system would be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and efficient clinic operations.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and tens is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions and protocols from chiropractors.
- A genuine passion for promoting patient wellness and delivering exceptional care.

**Elligible for extended Benefits if working over 22 hours per week**
- **Current Schedule Openings**:_

Part time Evenings: 1- 2 weekday evening shifts (3-7:30pm) and Saturday (9am-2:30pm) - approx 10- 15+ hours per week

Part Time Days: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday (9:30-5:30) and Saturdays (9am-2:30pm) - approx 24-30+ hours per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
