Workplace Arrangements:
What You’ll be Doing:
- Own & Scale the Beauty Category - Develop and execute a category strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.- Drive Strategic Growth - Identify white space opportunities, launch new subcategories, and enhance our product assortment.- Build Strong Partnerships - Work closely with brands, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions.- Lead Innovation - Stay ahead of trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to shape a cutting-edge beauty assortment.- Optimize Performance - Use data-driven insights to improve category performance, drive conversion, and enhance customer experience.

What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of buying experience, managing large portfolios- Keen interest in Beauty industry- Postsecondary education in a related field;- Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of the finesse and subtle nuances needed in negotiating large accounts;- Understanding of the importance of analysis and planning; can organize, prioritize and delegate in a challenging multi-tasking environment;- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, good communicator and solid presentation skills;- Ability to manage, motivate and build a team. Lead by example with a great work ethic, initiative and passion for the job;- Computer skills: Primarily Excel, Word and a solid Process Management mind-set to pick up on our proprietary I.S. systems;- Bilingualism (English & French), an asset;- Related JDA AS400 computer systems experience, an asset;- Private Label or Store Brands experience, an asset.
