The Admin Assistant will work under the supervision of HCI’s Influencer Manager to provide hands-on support related to all paperwork and communications. Our influencer portfolio is growing, and we want you to help ensure the smooth running of its operations. While you will be doing a lot of desk work, you will also be called upon for your creativity, as you will help recruit and retain influencers. **Position Title**:Admin Assistant, Influencer Marketing

**Reporting To**:Influencer Manager

**Location**:GTA

**Terms**:Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Work under the supervision of HCI’s Influencer Manager to manage the influencer portfolio
- Be the main point of contact for influencers and find ways to support their campaigns and resolve any issues they bring up.
- Draft contract agreements and complete payments for the influencers.
- Develop ways to thank and appreciate influencers for their work and support after campaigns, including organizing appreciation events, sending gifts, etc.
- Track and manage influencer data.
- Draft and execute all paperwork related to influencers using HCI’s templates, policies and procedures, including contract agreements, payments, reimbursements, etc.
- Support the travel of influencers by drafting travel proposals, setting and monitoring budgets, making travel arrangements, and coordinating influencer activities on the ground.
- Submit any required reporting and piece together data to show the success and improvements required of influencer campaigns.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's education in Administration or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an admin/management capacity.
- Working experience with a non-profit organization is an asset.
- You have experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with MS Office, Office 365, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- A “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation and the ability to interact with individuals from a variety of social backgrounds.
- Team player with the ability to work independently with little direction or supervision.
- Strong and clear commitment to HCI’s values.
- Fluency in English and excellent written communication skills, fluency in French and Arabic an asset.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
