Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and appropriately determining needs. Understanding of federal and provincial cannabis regulations, risks and harms of cannabis, able to clearly communicate to clients basics of responsible use. Demonstrate a high level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations

Applicants will be responsible for the purchase of both the Cannsell and Background check. These two paperwork are required for employees to work for a legal dispensary.

Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results. Support with inventory management and practice proper procedures to ensure customers have access to the right product. Follow all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)

Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility. Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement. Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Successfully drive sales and customer experience by educating on the brand and products
