The Opportunity

what you will do

You work closely with the risk management team on major projects and you contribute to business development. The incumbent will:
- Participate in or manage several types of various mandates relating to non-financial risks (operational risks, business continuity, third-party risks, etc.).

- Coordinate and be involved throughout the mandate management process (prospecting, call for tenders, execution, implementation, steering, etc.)

- Support clients in transformation and operational risk enhancement projects

- Contribute to business development in the market. Make presentations to potential clients and participate in conferences.

- Contribute to the preparation of service offers to meet the business needs of clients.

- Contribute to coaching, performance management and resource training (for managers)

What you will bring to the job

- Possess relevant experience of 3 to 15 years in risk management.

- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Finance, Management, or a field related to risk management

- Professional certifications related to risk management as an asset

- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and sound practices in terms of operational risk (Basel Accords, AMF, OSFI, etc.).

- In-depth knowledge of the implementation of the operational risk management framework (governance, risk identification and assessment, controls, indicators, etc.).

- Knowledge or experience in implementing the three lines of defense model.

- Be customer-oriented to understand the issues and propose value-added solutions.

- Spirit of initiative, autonomy and leadership.

- Strong analytical skills, rigor and spirit of synthesis.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in French (English is an asset).

- Knowledge of MS Office suite software

- Computer skills, dashboards, data analysis and programming an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
