**Summary of Duties**:

- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards
- Receive and make labels and boxes based on priority
- Printing and organizing shipping labels
- Creating and printing bills of ladings, manifest, and related inbound and outbound documentation.
- Determine and build packaging based on product size; Pack orders to the customer’s requirement or from provided specifications
- Work with the Warehouse management team to assess & prioritize daily workloads
- Ensure tasks are picked and confirmed within agreed time frames, reporting daily exceptions to the Warehouse Management team
- Committed to delivering quality on time and in full to achieve a high level of customer experience
- Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems and recommends solutions
- Ability to multi-skill across a variety of warehouse tasks, including some technology.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a clean and tidy condition.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed accurately
- Move and lift 30-50 pounds of product as needed
- Follow safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Previous distribution or warehouse experience is an asset
- Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds depending on the location, throughout the shift
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to handle detail-oriented work to ensure proper items and quantities are picked to arrive at customers in good condition
- General fluency in English required, verbal and written
