**Summary**

The Order Picker, under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for sorting and staging customer orders to prepare for shipment. The Order Picker must at all times wear and/or use all prescribed safety equipment, procedures and processes.

**Key Activities**:

- Stage customer orders onto pallets to prepare for shipping
- Safely and efficiently navigating the warehouse using a walkie / forklift
- Accurately scanning and selecting product using a computerized inventory system
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, and Food Safety programs
- Adhering to all Organizational policies, procedures
- Experience with WMS preferred.
- Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak).
