**Department**: Operations

**Reports To**: Fulfillment Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing communications and support for dispatch services. Assists with problem solving customer issues.

**Pay**: $22 per hour**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Monitors on-time compliance for calls, and removes/redirects calls that are in jeopardy.
- Schedules, routes, and assigns work to installers as necessary.
- Completes required reports, daily team selection, attendance records, and other reports as required.
- Analyzes customer problems and prepare reports and problem logs as requested.
- Develops and maintain relations with assigned customers and technicians to monitor satisfaction and resolve problems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High School diploma or GED.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of general office experience.
- 1-2 years of dispatch experience in related industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of FSMs and click system.

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet organizational deadlines.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day.
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes a criminal background check.
