**Clean All Environmental, will provide all tools, and training necessary.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with Lead Carpenters and Site Supervisors/Project Managers**:

- **Carry out all aspects of the construction process.**:

- **Read and understand a set of drawings**:

- **Build stairs, doors, windows and other structures of wood in buildings**:

- **Installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systems**:

- **Repair and renovate residential, commercial and other establishments.**:

- **Responsible for maintaining, cleaning equipment and proper use of PPE**:

- **General labour duties and cleanup as required**:

- **Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner**:

- **Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property**:

- **Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees**:

- **Carry out all aspects of the construction process**

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Proven experience as carpenter**:

- **Hands on experience in working with carpentry materials**:

- **Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction**:

- **Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measuring tools (powered saws, hammer, ruler etc.)**:

- **Understanding of reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water, wind, mould, fire and vandalism damages**:

- **Knowledge of building codes and electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes**:

- **Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction**:

- **Strong communication skills, both written and verbal**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
