**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of rope access technicians in various industrial settings.
- Plan and execute rope access projects safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct pre-job assessments and safety briefings to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
- Perform equipment inspections and ensure that all rope access gear is in proper working condition.
- Provide technical guidance and training to rope access technicians, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, equipment inspections, and incident reports.

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial rope access supervision.
- Strong understanding of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of successfully managing rope access projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work at heights and in challenging environments, with a strong focus on safety.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: From $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
