Compensation: $25 / Hour & Commensurate with experience.

We are currently looking for employees with experience in hard and soft landscape installation including:

- Establishing layout and elevations from drawings,
- Excavation, digging, shoveling.

**base prep, concrete pavers, segmental block wall installation,**

**base prep and forming for concrete flatwork, vertical concrete,**

**liaison with subcontractors installing asphalt, concrete, irrigation, fencing.**

**Experience operating skid steers and excavators is an asset.**

**Construction of retaining walls, paving, pathways, garden beds, and hardscapes, concrete work, gates, decks, fences, and water features.**

**Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs, container stock installing lawn, and installing irrigation**

**General labour, site clean-up, dig trenches, unloading and moving building materials**

Applicants should have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment, help manage client expectations, liaise with project management, customers, consultants and sub trades.

New hires will be working with an existing site foreman with the potential to manage their own crew if skills and personality are a fit.

We undertake large commercial hard and softscape projects across the lower mainland including but not limited to: city parks, municipal buildings, and development projects. **Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we require all of our employees to wear a face covering as a part of their PPE. Working in a socially distant manner whenever possible is enforced and exchange of tools between employees is limited.

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Driver's License (preferred)
