**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Lead and manage spa staff, providing training development and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling and inventory management.
- Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the spa.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on sales management and customer feedback.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the spa.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff professionally.
- Leadership qualities that inspire team members to perform at their best.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations.
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in Korean are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$27.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Korean (required)
