We are currently seeking an **Equipment Testing Technician** to join our **Red Deer Frac Shop Team**. This position requires strong experience operating frac and high-pressure equipment and offers the opportunity to work hands-on with natural gas and diesel engines, provide technical training to team members, and play a lead role in test stand operations and customer-witnessed equipment testing.

**In this role, you will also be responsible for**:

- Operating and troubleshooting diesel, natural gas, and frac pumping equipment
- Completing inspection, commissioning, and performance reports
- Facilitating customer-witnessed tests and managing test stand bookings
- Collaborating with Service and Parts teams on repair planning
- Carrying out secondary shop duties when the test stand is not in use

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating or maintaining frac or related industrial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand drawings and follow SOPs
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

**Preferred**
- HET Apprentice or Journeyman certification
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with CAT and Cummins engine software
- Experience operating in drilling rigs, frac sites, or plant environments

**Working Conditions**
- **Environment**: Test facility with indoor/outdoor elements; some shop-based work
