**Job Summary**

The Biomedical Communications Lead is a part of the award-winning Industry Solutions Team at LifeLearn. They are responsible for taking scientific content and turning it into interactive and empowering online learning modules, sales enablement and marketing tools, and other communications assets. The Biomedical Communications Lead works directly with project stakeholders, and applies their scientific knowledge to create visually appealing deliverables, while providing a well thought out strategy to all projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the communication with all project stakeholders (Marketing, Technical,

Regulatory, Legal) and project team members to ensure all deliverables are met to

client expectations, if not exceeded
- Actively participate in discovery sessions with clients and confidently present

recommendations and solutions to clients
- Lead the design and development of interactive, illustrated and animated digital media
- Lead the instructional design and content development of continuing education, sales

enablement, marketing and other various communication projects

decisions to support project goals
- Work directly with and in our clients best interests to manage project plans, schedules

and milestones for all projects
- Successfully complete projects within set parameters of budget and timeline

- Master’s Degree in Biomedical Communications, Science Communication, or

equivalent is required
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Proficient in technical and scientific writing
- Excellent visual interpretation, interface design, graphic design, and illustration skill

that are demonstrated through a dynamic portfolio
- Ability to successfully execute deadlines to client’s expectations
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Strong and articulate communication skills
- A self-starter with a positive attitude that thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to travel within North America
