In this role, you'll drive integrated talent strategies that fuel growth, performance, and equity. You'll lead a talented team, oversee leadership development and succession planning, and ensure our workforce is ready for what's next. What You'll Do:
- Lead and align talent strategy with business goals, overseeing both talent acquisition and leadership development to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
- Optimize talent systems to support learning, performance, and career growth, including implementation and enhancement of talent management platforms.
- Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion into all talent practices, ensuring our programs reflect our values and support a culture of belonging.
- Grow our leaders: Design new and deliver existing leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, building strong pipelines for critical roles and coaching leaders on performance and development.
- Use data and analytics to measure impact, inform decisions, and continuously improve talent strategies.
- Collaborate across People & Culture on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that elevate the employee experience.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on HR.
- CPHR designation (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
- A deep appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- A strong customer focus and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
