Student, Advisor Sales (Toronto or Calgary)

As a student in Advisor Sales, you will be working closely with the sales team in maintaining their high level of client servicing as well as assisting in identifying new business opportunities to further drive the business forward.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Understand how Fidelity products and services are presented to investment professionals
- Partner with our sales teams to learn and understand the sales process from start to finish
- Learn about current market trends through presentations from Fidelity’s top portfolio managers
- Conduct fund analysis, create reports, and deliver presentations
- Gain cross-functional knowledge of all areas of Fidelity

Student, FCC Sales (Toronto Only)

As a student in FCC Sales & Relationship Management, you will have the opportunity to
- Understand how Fidelity Clearing Canada’s custody products and services are presented to investment firms
- Partner with our sales teams to learn and understand the sales process from start to finish
- Support our sales teams in all areas of the sales and client management processes
- Contribute to special research projects and business development initiatives
- Gain cross-functional knowledge of all areas of Fidelity Clearing Canada

What we’re looking for:

- You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, economics, or business
- You have a keen interest and knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets
- You can manage short term database projects and assist in various sales initiatives
- You can identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering competitive and marketplace intelligence
- You must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for these positions
- You must also be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term
