**Job Summary**
We are a fast-growing building materials processing company, currently seeking a **Sales Representative** to join our **Edmonton branch**. This role not only focuses on sales growth, but also provides opportunities for **future leadership and team building**, playing a key role in the company's expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on customer orders, provide professional sales support and after-sales service;
- Actively develop new clients and promote our product lines;
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement sales strategies and improve market presence;
- Conduct regular market research and provide feedback to improve product positioning.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in spoken and written English** (must-have for customer communication);
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with headquarters and factory;
- Sales experience is preferred; strong customer service skills required;
- Organizational and coordination skills, with ambition to grow into a leadership role;
- Proactive, responsible, and highly goal-oriented;

**Location**: Edmonton
**Training Location (optional)**: Calgary
**Compensation**: Negotiable — Base salary + commission + team performance bonuses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
