We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused
**Microsoft Team Systems Consultant** for our
**Vancouver** office who will utilize strong technical skills to implement Microsoft solutions that solve business challenges while creating the desired outcomes The Microsoft SharePoint Systems Consultant has a very deep and experienced understanding of the Microsoft technology stack.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and team leads, to deliver industry leading Microsoft technical solutions successfully and on time
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure, supporting SharePoint and related technology
- Test and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing environments
- Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow
- Establish detailed documentation including knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
- Keep abreast of relevant industry certifications and accreditations as aligned with key practices and technology partners

**What You Bring**:

- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Sharepoint solutions
- Background with Marketing, Communications, and/or Web Design
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Extensive knowledge of M365 services
- Knowledge of modern SharePoint components and architecture
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with ShareGate

Scripting migrations with PowerShell

Performance and task management

Error reconciliation

Ability to map requirements into the overall solution
- Demonstrated experience in intranet implementation:
Top down direction (Stakeholder interviews, strategic priorities)

Employee Needs/focus groups

Strategy Planning/roadmap

Design - IA, Usability, Branding, Page templates

Implementation - Build/Populate/Test/Launch/Support
