**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack of e-commerce orders.
- Create shipping documents for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Manage orders via e-commerce channels.
- Resolve issues relating to orders, transfers, and PO’s.
- Process returns for customers and getting RGA’s from vendors if required.
- Provide reports on Stock Replenishment when required.
- Inventory cycle counts.
- Warehouse maintenance.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and completely.
- Assist warehouse staff as needed. i.e receiving PO’s, putting stock away, loading and unloading of product.
- Answer all incoming customer inquiries regarding products and services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Problem solving to rectify customer concerns as quickly as possible.
- Purchase stock orders for branch as assigned.
- Any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift license required (active)
- Product knowledge in bathroom cabinetry is **required**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong system knowledge.
- Customer service oriented.
- Able to multitask.
- Problem solving skills.
- Additional hours may be required daily to perform this job effectively.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
