**Commercial Cleaner (day shift)**

The cleaning crew at Craigleith Ski Club in an integral part of the team and is responsible for maintaining a space we can all be proud of. Responsibilities include cleaning all areas of the Ski Club, including all public spaces, administrative offices, and restrooms.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- General lodge cleaning and disinfecting of office spaces, public spaces and restrooms including vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting, cleaning windows etc.
- Emptying and disposing of waste in bins
- Using various cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Some lifting of tables and chairs will be required
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with the Club's health & safety policies and always abide by Club policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation required (public transit does not come to the club)
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with health and safety policies
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding activities e.g., vacuuming, lifting, furniture moving, up and down stairs, standing for long periods of time
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities
- Must be available weekends & holiday's

**Job Types**: Fulltime, Part time, Seasonal Contract

Contract length: Approximately 6 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- 8-hour shift with additional hours and flexibility as needed
