The Pink Room Beauty Bar is a skincare studio, located in Streetsville, Mississauga. We specialize in results-driven skincare services and laser hair removal. We’re looking for a talented and versatile individual to join us in the role of Client Coordinator/Assistant to support our operations, manage client relationships, and drive our social media presence.

**Summary**
As a Client Coordinator/Assistant you’ll play a key role in working directly with the owner in assisting with administrative duties, providing outstanding client support, and helping to shape our brand’s online presence. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of ensuring their experience is seamless and attentive. This hybrid role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about esthetics.
**Client Coordination + Assistant Duties**:
- Work directly with the owner.
- Interact directly with clients and manage/coordinate all appointment bookings, inquiries and confirmations.
- Manage daily operations including skincare product inventory tracking and products orders.
- Maintain and organize records of bookings, payments, and receipts.
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Manage waitlist inquiries, client feedback, and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Support the owner in implementing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok) to increase engagement, brand awareness, promotions, and customer loyalty.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (administrative assistant and/or client coordination)
**Skills**:
- **Must be** proficient in speaking and writing English.
- **Must be** able to work Mondays + Tuesdays.
- University/College diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive and proactive team culture.
- Proficient with scheduling systems and media tools including Square App, Squarespace, CapCut, Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spa products and esthetic procedures preferred.

- Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
