DuMoulin Boskovich LLP is a full service firm with locations in Vancouver and Vernon, BC. Our office is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that is based in the Vancouver area.

We are looking for someone who has:

- 3+ years of related experience;
- Experience working with AFL;
- Experience with the incorporation process under the Corporations Act as well as experience with public companies and familiarity with the Securities Act;
- Ability to manage several files at once, a strong sense of planning and organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Minute book reviews and updates;
- Dealing with incorporation's including pre
- and post-documentation; extra-provincial registrations across Canada;
- amalgamations and s.85 rollovers;
- Organize and complete closing documentation and closing books;
- Complete required provincial or federal corporate filings.

**Salary**: $50,239.75-$65,449.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- legal assistant: 3 years (preferred)
