**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain cash flow.
- Supervise payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts while monitoring financial performance against these targets.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within finance management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processes, budgeting, account analysis, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across departments.
