**What we do?**

Majority of our work is building maintenance, including:

- Window washing
- Pressure washing
- Dryer vent cleaning

We also take on other projects to keep the job interesting, such as:

- Bird net and spikes installation
- Painting and caulking
- Membrane installation
- Concrete repairs and finishing
- Snow and ice removal
- And more

**Where we work?**

Most of our projects are in the **North Shore, Vancouver and Burnaby area** but we occasionally work anywhere **from** **Squamish to Abbotsford**. We aim to accommodate job locations based on where our employees live and arrange convenient pickup locations when possible. **What we offer?**

**Who are we looking for?**
- IRATA certified (any level)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen, resident, or valid work permit)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Building Maintenance & Cleaning** - Perform exterior window washing, pressure washing, and dryer vent cleaning using rope access techniques.
- **Repairs & Installations** - Assist with minor repairs and installations, such as caulking, painting, sealing, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- **Personal Gear Inspection** - Regularly check harnesses, ropes, and other safety equipment to ensure everything is in good working condition before and after use.
- **Efficient & Safe Rope Access Work** - Follow industry best practices to complete tasks safely and efficiently while staying aware of potential hazards, or unsafe working conditions. Report any safety concerns as needed.
- **Team Collaboration** - Work efficiently with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow and uphold safety standards.

**Additional requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license may be required (depending on job site travel needs).

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
