Painter/laborer

**What you’ll do**:

- Pressure washing wood, masonry and houses
- Wood maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, sanding and staining
- Both large and small carpentry projects
- Pick up and drop off tools each day to our shop in East York
- Exterior painting

**What you’ll bring**:

- Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
- Reliable car with enough space for tools and accessories, roughly the space of 5 car tires
- MUST HAVE a valid G driver’s license and good credit score
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable to safely use extension ladders. Training available
- Experience in construction and with using different carpentry tools is helpful but not required

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
