**Job Purpose**

The Quality Control Turnover Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the quality and project management teams for all work requiring turn over from internal fabrication or third-party vendors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Display a commitment to Waiward’s incident-free vision, values, and culture.
- Progressively update and maintain quality turnover packages.
- Compile project quality deliverables for submittal to client while also liaising with client.
- Interface with various internal departments to ensure we submit/receive quality documentation and reporting as per client specifications.
- Work with clients, third party vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all required turnover documentation is submitted as per contract specifications.
- Assist with development of inspection and test plans according to contract specifications and governing codes.
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports for all non-conformances observed internally or with third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate an understanding of material traceability and ensure that Waiward complies to industry standards.
- Perform daily administrative tasks which include but are not limited to scanning documentation into applicable job folders.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma;
- 2 years’ experience in a turnover role with related industry-based experience;
- Must have sound general knowledge of quality principles relating to turnover;
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of IS0-9001 quality insurance system;
- Display an interest in technical knowledge of Quality Control processes;
- Demonstrate strong computer skills & experience with Microsoft Office.

**Working Conditions**

The incumbent is required to work in an office environment with moderate noise. The job may require the incumbent to walk stairs; be outside in inclement weather (slippery surfaces and cold); carrying objects, walk over uneven ground, driving and being exposed to normal office routines in city or on customer site.

**Physical Requirements**

The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time; and extensive reading. The incumbent is also required to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

While most of the work may be produced in Corporate offices, from time to time a site visit (extended or not) may be required - this will require the use of PPE according to Waiward and Client HSE polices or practices.
