Sterilization Dental Assistant

We have a great opportunity available to hire a full time Sterilization Assistant to join our team Our clinic is a neighborhood dental practice, and our growing team provides exceptional patient-centered dental care. We not only go above and beyond to help our patients, but we are a great team that helps each other in the practice on a daily basis.
**Position Requirements**:
- Must be flexible with duties (environmental cleaning, assisting, reception, seating patients, etc).
- Must have excellent communication skills, have an upbeat, positive attitude, and enjoy serving patients.
- Must be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented while being able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
- Must be dedicated to continuous improvement and providing the highest quality of care possible.
- Must be an independent, dedicated, committed and caring, individual.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Support dental procedures by preparing treatment areas and materials.
- Providing Support to Hygienist and Dentist
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with dental team members and patients to provide a seamless experience.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for scheduling and patient management.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and best practices in dental assisting.
