**POSITION TITLE**: Global Sales Coordinator (Capital Equipment)

**LOCATION**: Collingwood Downtown

**About the Position**: This administrative role will involve working with the capital sales teams to distill best practices and ensure these are captured and used in all markets. The role will also involve coordinating efforts between marketing, sales, and product management to ensure that efforts are efficient, and that value is being recouped from tradeshows, conferences, site/office visits, and existing tools. This position requires the following proficiencies:

- Manager customer data, track sales activities, and analyze customer interactions utilizing CRM software.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, sales reports, and sales presentations.
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer information.
- Generate regular sales performance reports for management.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to develop mining market intelligence.
- Assist Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to develop global plan for MacLean trade show engagements.
- Liaise with global capital Sales team, Marketing, and Product Management to evaluate gaps in Sales Toolbox and develop plan to address them and improve internal sales tools.
- Assist Marketing and Product Management with internal sales training development.
- Assist with master schedule of Corporate Office & Consultant outreach.
- Work with global capital sales team and marketing to align processes and gain full value out of CRM program.
- Assist with Delivery Confirmations.
- Assist completion planning with Factory/Logistics/Service Training Teams make sure all is planned for commissioning of New Vehicles.
- Assist Tradeshow events, master list/territory and plan budget
- Be part of the Support for the CRM platform (CPQ)
- Assist in Tender Management ESG H&S standard documentation support.
- Assist sales team with lead generation capacity in strategic markets.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (Microsoft Suite, D365, Excel, Word, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal teams and customers.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support sales strategies.
- Strong organization skills to manage sales orders and documentation.
- Ability to provide a high level of accuracy order processing and data management.
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques preferred.
- The ability to address customer issues and find solutions promptly.
- Knowledge of internal markets and cultural sensitivity for a global equipment manufacturer.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes in sales processes.
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
