We are on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time **Personal Lines Broker**. In this role, you'll be an essential part of helping customers with all their personal lines needs. And guess what? You get to work closely with our amazing customers, providing exceptional service and making sure everything goes smoothly. Plus, you'll collaborate with our other insurance agents, to make sure all aspects of Cooke Insurance can operate as efficient as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately issue personal line policies and personal line renewals.
- Verify customer information and ensure all necessary information and documents have been provided.
- Stay up-to-date on personal lines regulations and requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes. Other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum - **Level 1 Insurance Broker License.**:

- **2 years** insurance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Skilled at observing and remembering details.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
