**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Service**

Manage a broad range of personal lines products, including Home, Condo, Tenant, Seasonal Home, Rental and Vacant Homes, Agro, Auto, Annual Medical, and Travel Insurance.

Address client needs, provide quotes, place coverage, and offer trusted support throughout the client journey.

**Product Expertise**

Maintain a strong understanding of a wide range of personal lines products and confidently manage policies using our company portals.

**Policy and Coverage Management**

Assist with coverage changes and accurately issue binders, certificates, and endorsements.

**Claims and Cancellation Management**

Handle claims support with empathy and professionalism, and work to retain clients by managing cancellation requests thoughtfully.

**Renewal Management**

Oversee the full renewal process, including remarketing policies and helping clients find the best ongoing coverage options.

**Comprehensive Client Support**

Support clients from setup to claims to renewals, ensuring they feel informed, cared for, and confident in their coverage every step of the way.
