**About the Role**
We are looking for an Events Program Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring the seamless production of events and maintaining high standards of service for our clients. This full-time position offers a flexible remote/hybrid work arrangement (no set schedule) with the expectation of in-person attendance for events, and as-needed at the Port Credit office.
Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a knack for managing multiple priorities? In this position, you'll be a backbone of our project team, providing administrative support, coordination, and expertise to ensure success at every stage of event production.
**Key Responsibilities Include**
- **Project Coordination**: Adhere to internal processes, prepare meeting agendas and contact reports, manage deadlines, and ensure program documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
- **Production Support**: Develop technical documents including showflow and rehearsal schedules, screen queues documents, presenter requirements, risk mitigation plans, etc. Organize and lead the preparation of all onsite materials and assist with onsite execution.
- **Content Collaboration**: Assist with content asset tracking, proof creative materials for quality and brand alignment, and assist facilitation of recording sessions
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage purchase orders, vendor payments, and meeting coordination while providing highly accurate administrative support to the project team
**What You Bring**
**Education & Experience**
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced setting
- College diploma in an events, production, or related field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Desktop
- Understanding of and comfortable with virtual event platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities and effective deadline management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented mindset
- High standards with exceptional attention to details and compliance
- Remaining calm under pressure
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ensuring clarity and teamwork
- A proactive approach to follow-through and accountability
- Some travel to the USA may be involved and as such a current and valid passport allowing travel to the USA will be required
- Given the nature of event production, this role will require some Overtime and Irregular Hours including Evenings & Weekends, along with the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $37,356.76-$69,350.56 per year
