Dispatch Administrator

**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiency**:

- Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents
- Basic math and data entry skills and minimum 60 wpm typing speed
- Strong English communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Simply Accounting (Asset)
- Experience with dispatching
- Knowledge/experience in the construction industry (Asset)

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Customer service with an approachable, friendly demeanor
- Dispatch technicians to job sites throughout the day
- Incoming / Outgoing mail and courier management
- Management of office supplies
- Assisting Bookkeeper when required
- Additional basic administrative duties as required by office manager and project managers
