Switch Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Representative

**Pay**:
$55,000
negotiable based on experience, with commission opportunities available

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Renewals: remarket when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track interactions
- Execute the sale of insurance products for own referrals and prospects when desired

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Must be RIBO Licensed and in good standing
- Experience in customer service
- Conscientious, with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other products
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Team Oriented
- Experience using CRM systems for managing customer information (Applied Epic Preferred)
- Working knowledge of company portals (CAA, Aviva, Economical, Intact, etc.)
