Other than group benefits, each employee will receive tips, and be provided a staff meal, coffee, and drinks during their shift. **JOB DUTIES**: Barista position, all rounder behind the bar With serving experience is an asset. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT "BARISTA" EXPERIENCE. **COFFEE ART** IS A MUST. Good knowledge or coffee making, latte art. Taking orders, serving food and beverages, set up/clean up, using POS system and handling cash/card transactions, basic cash-out counting, answering the phone, receiving take-out orders by phone and delivery app, using tablet to organize walk ins and reservations, greeting and seating customers, ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience. **REQUIREMENTS**: At least 2 years of Barista experience Proven experience in a serving role, preferably in a busy, high-volume environment. Previous experience in fine dining or specialty coffee/ cocktail bars is an asset. Fine dining experience is an asset Familiarity with upscale service standards, customer interactions, and attention to detail in a fine dining or high-end casual dining setting. Must possess a valid Serving It Right certification. Barista Skills Proficiency in crafting espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.) and other specialty coffee beverages. Latte Art is a MUST. Knowledge of brewing methods, milk frothing, and maintaining high standards of drink presentation. Bartender Skills (intermediate is okay during the day) Experience in preparing a wide range of cocktails, mixing drinks, and knowledge of drink garnishing. Ability to create a signature cocktail menu, suggest wine pairings, and manage a well-stocked bar.
