**Position**:Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong computer skills - we use Innergy ERP, AutoCAD, and Cabinet Vision.
- Well organized, excellent communication & detail orientated.
- Experience with wood products, architectural millwork, cabinetry.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience.
- **Designation in the Project Management field.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to read architectural drawings and review millwork shop drawings.
- Familiar with the bidding process, reviews, submissions, change orders, scheduling, etc.
- Solid understanding of millwork construction & specifications.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills to manage clients, architects, GCs, and sub-trades. Material take offs from architectural drawings, create and track BOMs.
- Strong scheduling abilities to monitor project progress and ensure critical milestones are adhered to.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, supply chain & production teams.
- Manage job sites - dimensions, supervise install teams, quality control, & troubleshoot challenges.
- AWMAC training and familiarity with the due process for GIS projects.

**Wage Range**: $60-90k/year based on experience

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
