**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on public speaking skills.
- Develop customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Provide constructive feedback on presentation style, body language, and vocal delivery.
- Assist clients in preparing for specific speaking engagements or events.
- Create engaging materials and resources to support learning objectives.
- Stay updated on best practices in public speaking and communication techniques.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in public speaking, coaching, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Ability to provide constructive criticism in a positive manner.
- Knowledge of various public speaking techniques and strategies.
- A degree in Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in public speaking or coaching is a plus.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their communication endeavors.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
