As a Retail Repair & Maintenance Coordinator, you will work closely with our Facilities Manager, collaboratively with trades, vendors, and service providers to manage service and repair tickets supporting Westland's growing branch network and corporate offices across Canada.

**Why we’ll love You**:
- Creative and natural problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Expert time manager, with exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Proven software competency in MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- 1-2 years of related experience in Repair & Maintenance
- Experience working with vendors and contractors
- Bonus Experience with AutoCAD software
**Once here, you'll**:
- Support branches across Canada with a focus on Eastern provinces for their repair and maintenance needs
- Coordinate, manage, and communicate with service partners to effectively resolve maintenance issues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, store staff, and colleagues
- Oversee and engage preventative maintenance programs (HVAC, Pest Control, Janitorial, etc.)
- Liase with internal teams on feasibility on branch requests to facilitate the implementation as required
