Agency Development Partner

**Your Job**:
As an Agency Development Partner (ADP) at Indeed, you will play a key role in working with the agencies of record across the Indeed client base. You'll develop strategic relationships to ensure we deliver value to agencies. You'll educate agencies on how to use Indeed, so they can deliver outstanding hiring, sourcing and employer branding solutions. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with key agency partners via strategic alliances, education, client partnering and ideation directly with the agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experience to Indeed’s top managed agency partners
- Build compelling, data-driven, agency growth plans crafted to grow the agency partnership, improve fluency in Indeed’s product suite and grow revenue and new product adoption
- Synchronize agency plans with the internal cross-functional teams (Direct Employer Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists) to further develop our managed agency strategies across regions and end clients to scale revenue
- Analyze, and distribute key business metric reporting and insights, to monitor assigned agency business performance on an ongoing basis
- Provide input to Product Marketing & Product teams about advertiser & agency insights and needs for new products, features and solutions

**Who You Are**:

- 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Previous sales or client service experience
- Proficient with Google office tools

**Salary Range Disclaimer**:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Vancouver 75,000 - 97,000 CAD per year
