**About OHC Renovations**

OHC Renovations is one of Canada’s fastest-growing renovation brands, specializing in full-service kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels.
We’re a licensed builder that focuses on client satisfaction, design excellence, and professional project delivery.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Sales Consultant who’s passionate about home transformations and confident turning qualified leads into signed projects.

**What You’ll Do (training provided)**

Follow up with inbound renovation leads (**NO cold calling**).

Schedule and attend in-home consultations.

Understand the client’s needs, vision, and budget.

Assist with material selections and Guide through the interior Design.**(training provided)**

Prepare professional project proposals and present them in person. **(training provided)**

Close projects and coordinate the handoff to our project management team.

Maintain notes and updates in CRM **(training provided)**.

**Who You Are**

Confident communicator with strong people skills.

Experience in sales and consultation, real estate, or home improvement **(preferred)**.

Organized and self-motivated, thrives on performance goals.

Understands or is eager to learn about renovation materials, layouts, and estimating.

Enjoys helping homeowners make decisions and guiding them through a process.

**What We Offer**

Warm, qualified leads provided Daily, no cold prospecting.
$3,000/month guaranteed minimum (recoverable draw).
Commission:
Up to $50K project = 1%

$50K-$100K project = 2%

$100K+ project = 4%

**Bonuses**:
$50 per completed consultation

$100 per in-home proposal presentation

Quarterly and margin bonuses for top performers.

Full training, CRM access, and support from our operations and marketing team.

Potential to grow into Senior Consultant or Franchise Support roles as we scale.

**Performance Expectations**

Contact 100% of new leads within 12 hours.

Conduct 10-15 consultations per month.

Deliver 5-8 in-home proposals per month.

Close $150K-$300K in renovation projects monthly (average).

**Compensation Example**

A strong performer typically earns:
$3,000 base (draw)

$600 in consultation bonuses

$5,000-$6,000 in commissions

= $8,000-$10,000/month

Top performers exceed $140K+ annually.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
