Andalusia Speech Therapy Inc. is hiring a casual part-time, contract Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at our 3090 Colonel Talbot Rd location in London.

The position is for one day per week: weekend or weekday evenings.

Help others communicate by providing quality speech therapy to individuals of all ages, economic and cultural backgrounds, and geographical locations, and participate as active members of our communities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide therapy to clients under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist
- Work with clients and families from different backgrounds and specialized populations
- Write progress notes
- Develop therapy materials for use with individual clients
- Collaborate and consult with SLP and other practitioners
- Utilize research information to support evidence-based practice
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Communication Disorders Assistant Diploma (preferred but not required)
- Member of CDAAC (preferred but not required)
- Professional liability insurance (required)
- Practical communication skills with colleagues, clients and their families, and third parties
- Accepting respectful feedback to improve clinical practice
- Understanding and lived practice of inclusivity
- Fluency in another language is considered an asset

**Compensation**
- New grads start at $28.95 for each 45-minute therapy session (including prep and note time)
- $25 travel top-up for in-home visits
- Salary commensurate with experience according to company pay range
