**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead all sales and customer service operations within the Ontario region. This role is crucial to driving regional revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all regional sales activities, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Growth & Strategy**
- Take full ownership of all sales and revenue-generating activities within the Ontario region, including retail store operations and regional customer accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy with clear targets for growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Be accountable for the Ontario region’s revenue performance and profit/loss (P&L), ensuring cost-effective operations while driving sales growth.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in collaboration with management and proactively adapt sales plans and promotional tactics based on insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure regional strategies align with company-wide goals.

**Sales Channel Management**
- Manage and update product listings and advertisements across various channels including social media platforms and online classifieds.
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations and closing sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the key account manager for all Ontario region clients, including retail partners, dealerships, auto repair shops, and end users.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions.

**Team & Operations Management**
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including assisting with packing and shipping of bulk or B2B orders.
- Represent Galaxy Auto at trade shows and industry events throughout the region.
- Assist with occasional loading and unloading of containers or incoming shipments.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the automotive or retail sector.
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Drive and Google Calendar.
- Ability to solo lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
- Knowledge of or passion for the automotive or outdoor industry is an asset.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- $24-27 per hour base salary, plus unlimited commission potential
- Bonus pay based on performance.
- 90-day probation period.
- Two weeks paid vacation per year (after probation).

**Working Hours**
- On-site.
- Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
