Job Description

**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**:
Upon your arrival, you will support the Project Management Office team to help ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Enerkem projects. You will report to the Manager, Project Control Office. As the Procurement Planner, you will be responsible for activities related to materials starting with the coordination with engineering on the supply of the equipment and module list and in supporting their integration into the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The procurement planner being a pivotal role, you will work in close collaboration with the project scheduler and cost controller to ensure the transfer and maintenance of project data in the information system allowing the procurement group to work with the right information to execute the project. As part of your role, you will be assigned to integrate and maintain the project requirement in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Your role and responsibilities will be the following:

- Support the Project Control team in developing and maintaining work breakdown structure (WBS) in the Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) system
- Issue item requirements in close collaboration with the Cost Controller and material manager in accordance with the Cost breakdown structure and procurement strategy to update project schedule requirements
- Based on the project item requirements and schedule, ensure the proper procurement package content and sequence (RFQ and PO)
- Ensuring components and production supplies are ordered accurately and are delivered on-time to support project schedule
- Manage the production order in the ERP
- Expedite Engineering and Procurement team on item deliverables and milestones achievement
- Performance of in-depth analysis of material and equipment status and exception reporting and identification of potential areas of problem or trends
- Develop tracking mechanisms for supplier key performance indicators
- Working cross-functionally to support planning for new project launches

Qualifications
- College or certificate degree (or higher) in a relevant program (operation and production management)
- 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Procurement on projects with CAPEX (50M$+)
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) system. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered a strong asset
- Hands-on experience working with MS tools: SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
