**Dispatch Manager will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate with drivers, field personnel, and other stakeholders to schedule and dispatch deliveries, pickups, or service calls in a timely manner.
- Allocate resources (vehicles, equipment, personnel) effectively to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
- Utilize routing software and logístical expertise to optimize delivery routes, minimize fuel consumption, and reduce transit times.
- Monitor vehicle locations, track delivery progress, and address any deviations or delays promptly to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with drivers, dispatch team members, customer service representatives, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Address operational issues, customer complaints, and emergencies promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Evaluate the performance of dispatch team members, provide feedback and coaching, and implement training programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all dispatch operations.
- Generate and analyze reports on dispatch performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, route efficiency, and resource utilization, to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and improve overall dispatch operations.

**Our requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in dispatch operations, logistics management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, routing tools, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.
- Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
